Justin Wayne Jones 31 middle age son of Wayne Perry. My little brother. How I would describe my little brother. Justin Wayne is a man of integrity and honor. Justin was hit by a fast moving train when his ex wife Deidre, up and left him while they together were taking care of our dieing father Wayne Perry. Pastor Darlene Bishop of Solid rock church knows the story better than any one due to the fact she would not take care of our father Wayne Perry. But Darlene wanted and did have her hands in his bank accounts. Lets not forget that Darlene Bishop's sectary had our fathers Royalties in her Name. Arlene Parker your day is coming to and that will be talked about at a later court date.
Justin Wayne Jones woke early one after noon do to the fact Deidre had a doctors appointment. My Aunt Darlene Bishop a week earlier had reached in to her big bag of jewelry that the church sheepople donated to the church but Darlene keeps at her home in the safe?. It is full of gold and rings and watches and misc items. Deidre left the home and never returned leaving Justin Wayne Jones in Ohio with his dieing father Wayne Perry.
Deidre went to Florida were she lied and told the child support system and the divorce court her husband Justin Wayne Jones left her in Florida and they lived there together which is a blat en lie. Justin Wayne Jones was taking care of Wayne Perry at the L.B. Ranch in Monroe Ohio. Deidre cut off all contact with Justin Wayne Jones and then one day our of the clear blue sky she shows up with a child and says he comes with 25 thousand dollars in child support. Paternity has never been established. And said Child does not have Justin Wayne Jones last name on the birth certificate.
These allegation are false against Justin Wayne Jones that Deidre has made against my Brother Justin Wayne Jones. The whole family will validate the facts above including a Sgt in the United States Army. and a master Sgt in the Air Force. Justin Wayne Jones is not a dead beat father, he was hit by a fast moving train from outta no where. And if the Warren County doesn't get there hands out of my trust I might just have to sue the child support system for breaking laws by filing on a trust that contains provisions that proceed s cannot be encumbered and due to the fact I Bryan Wayne Perry have no obligation to child support any where.

Songwriter’s son blocked from inheritance.
ReplyDeleteLEBANON — The Warren County prosecutor’s office on Wednesday, Aug. 4, obtained a temporary restraining order to prevent the son of a deceased Nashville songwriter from getting his inheritance from a trust fund because he owes $24,000 in child support.
Prosecutor’s spokesman Matt Nolan said Justin Jones is to be sentenced for contempt of court today in county domestic relations court for his failure to pay the support. Money from the trust will go to pay the child support arrearage, Nolan said.
Jones, 31, is one of four children of Darrell Wayne Perry, a native of Hamilton who wrote hits for artists including Tim McGraw, Toby Keith and Lorrie Morgan. He died of throat cancer in 2005 after being in the care of his sister, Solid Rock Church co-pastor Darlene Bishop of Monroe.
A bitter, five-year court battle ensued between the children, who are beneficiaries of a trust that contains Perry’s royalties and music publishing fees, and Bishop, the executrix of the estate. Jones and brother Bryan Perry unsuccessfully argued in court that Bishop misappropriated funds from the estate, and they dropped a wrongful death lawsuit in which they claimed she may have contributed to Perry’s death by convincing her brother to use faith healing instead of medical treatment.
Bishop has denied all the allegations. She and her attorney, Bill Cummins of West Chester, have not returned phone calls seeking comment.
Nolan said the trust has little cash value today, but the courts set a potential value of $437,442.08 on the songs in Perry’s catalog.
“It’s not tangible money right now,” Nolan said. “I don’t think it’s the Beatles (catalog) like Michael Jackson bought, but it does have some value.”
Delano Perry of Waverly, Tenn., brother of Bishop and the late songwriter, said he’s delighted that Jones isn’t getting the money after all the mean things he said about Bishop.
“I couldn’t have gotten no better news if somebody had given me a new Harley,” he said.
